A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIRSTLIGHT HOME CARE CAREGIVER MAY INCLUDE:
Providing companionship and conversation Preparing and serving meals Helping with personal hygiene, grooming and hairstyling Doing light housekeeping and laundry Shopping, running errands and providing transportation Assisting with walking and prescribed exercises Reminding clients to take medications QUALIFICATIONS Previous caregiving experience, preferred but not necessary Empathy, patience, kindness and respect, and a desire to help others Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to pass background check, drug test, and to lift 25 pounds.
