You would be responsible for assisting with fulfilling customer requests, primarily quotes and orders.
The inventory knowledge to help you fulfil customer requests will be trained to you and you will be working closely with a supervisor to begin.
Duties:
70% of the Day:
Reply to customer inquiries via email & phone call.
Communicate with other sales representatives & supervisors.
Maintain an organized & clean area.
15% of the Day:
Help complete varying projects determined by managers (may include organization, updating systems, relabeling inventory, etc.
) 15% of the Day:
Look up items online / on eBay & Amazon.
Input data into Excel spreadsheet.
Maintain quality service by following organization standards & procedures.
