We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets.
Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries - Check-in patients and update their records - Collect payments for services rendered - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area - Assist veterinary staff with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred - Strong knowledge of animal care and handling techniques is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Compassionate and empathetic towards animals and their owners Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
