We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our well-established Executive Leadership team and lead the maturation of our processes and tools for small business outreach, subcontractor assessments, partnering strategies, capture for long lead strategic business opportunities, and assessments of new task order opportunities on our portfolio of enterprise contracts.
The ideal candidate will also perform business development, capture, and proposal activities in support of strategic growth initiatives and will have a proven track record of developing business in the S&T and intel market spaces in the Dayton region.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Develop and implement the organization's small business subcontractor assessment and down-selection process- Develop and maintain relationships with key subcontractor partners- Develop an implement a process for documenting discussions with external companies to evolve from transactional to strategic partnering- Develop a long-term strategic plan for growing Torch presence into DoD National Intelligence Center markets- Collaborate with Operating Groups and Business Units to assist in transitioning Torch core capabilities (modeling and simulation, manufacturing, and prototyping) to new customers- Develop a long-term strategic plan to expand our presence into the Dayton region DoD market space (including AFRL and NASIC)- Support development of requirements and implementation of tools to support tracking of engagements with partner companies, tracking of subcontractor metrics, tracking of competitive intelligence data for pipeline business pursuits- Support annual Corporate Strategic Planning activities including the creation of goals and key areas of focus- Support assessments of task order contracts on Torch enterprise contracts such as OASIS, Express, D3I, ASTRO, and OTAs.
- Serve as culture ambassador to Torch employee-owners in the Dayton region to promote our ESOP ownership culture, our Evergreen commitment, our Public Benefit Corporation principles, and spearhead our support to local community charitable organizations in the Dayton area.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in DoD contractor leadership roles- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
