Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team and help GROW our business as a Subaru Service Manager.
As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing owner loyalty, utilizing industry performance benchmarks, and driving the profitability, growth, and development of our service team.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Develop and maintain a customer-focused environment by implementing service standards, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Owner Loyalty:
Implement strategies to enhance owner loyalty and drive customer retention.
Work closely with the sales team to provide seamless service experiences to Subaru owners.
Performance Benchmarking:
Utilize industry performance benchmarks to set and achieve service department goals and objectives.
Continuously evaluate performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as necessary.
Team Growth:
Foster a culture of growth and development within the service department.
Identify training needs, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Employee Retention:
Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth.
Performance-Based Pay:
Develop and administer a performance-based pay structure to incentivize and reward exceptional performance among service department employees.
Operational Efficiency:
Optimize service department operations by monitoring workflow, managing resources effectively, and implementing efficient processes and procedures.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all service work meets or exceeds Subaru's quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Inventory Management:
Oversee the management and control of service department inventory, including technician time, supplies, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety guidelines, maintaining a safe and clean work environment for both employees and customers.
Preferred
Qualifications:
