Senior Management Analyst

Job Description:
Will apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers.
Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedure efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.
Develop and draft program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition, quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
Perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses.
Rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.
Required Skills and
Experience:
- Active Secret clearance- Bachelor or postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a business or management discipline (business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology)- 6+ years of experience in Depot Maintenance/DoD programs / projects.
- Ability to use analytical processes/tools to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers; draw conclusions and devise solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to perform data analysis and produce reports and documentation presenting the results of the analysis.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification or equivalent expertise in Excel.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic Application is desired for continuity of support.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to use SharePoint sites.
- Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative program analysis, track and support DM operational program and metrics.
- Ability to resolve complex technical and financial problems with limited oversight.
- Experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting DM operational or supply metrics at an AFMC Center and/or other major DoD depots, HQ MAJCOM and/or Air Staff level.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
