Job Description:
This position is a Senior Acquisition Program Manager for the Medium Altitude UAS Division supporting the MQ-9 Reaper System Program Office and the FMS New Business Office.
Duties include applying knowledge and experience in acquisition management and program management philosophy, policies and procedures to Air Force systems, subsystems, and equipment procurement activities, source selection activities, post award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. It will require employment of integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines. Plans, organizes, and assists in managing critical aspects of the development, production, and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.
Performs a wide range of program management activities, such as: gathering a variety of program information; conducting analyses; assisting in acquisition strategy planning; assisting in pre-award and post-award document preparation; assisting in milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; implementing contractor performance status systems; assisting in establishing and maintaining databases; assisting in developing and analyzing key program metrics; assisting in developing and integrating risk management plans and strategies; supporting program briefings; assisting in surveillance of weapon system prime contractor and subcontractor performance; assisting in determining program progress; and effectively communicating recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management.
Required Skills/Education:
A relevant Bachelor's degree and sixteen (16) years' experience in functional area; or twelve (12) years' experience in functional area and possess a Master's degree in a field relevant to functional area; or twenty (20) years in functional area without a degree. At least ten (10) years of that experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
