Purpose of Position Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering inquiries, finding correct solutions.

?Responsible for all customer inquiries
?Provide excellent customer service
?Troubleshoot equipment and system problems
?Exercise retention efforts
?Identify customers who are price shopping
?Work with confidential information
?Solve to resolve issues on first call
?Appropriately communicate
?Thrives as a team player
?Handles inbound calls and inquiries in a fast paced contact center environment.
?Conducts account review and research to
effectively communicate with customers.
?Resolves customer issues and manages excellent customer relations at all times.
?Successful team members will identify the opportunity to upsell products

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
?6 months customer service experience
?Must be 18 years old
?Type 25 wpm
?High School Graduate or GED
?Ability to use desktop computer system
?Logical problem solving skills
?Proven oral & written communication skills
?Must have flexible availability
?Consistent work history highly desired
?Sound organization skills
?Must pass Background Check and Drug test

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
