The AF Space, Cyber & Intelligence Department, P432, is seeking a motivated Network Engineer to support our Wright-Patterson AFB work program. As a member of our Space, Cyber and Intel Solutions (P432) team, you will help to solve our nation's most technically challenging problems and work in the public interest by ensuring the MITRE site in Dayton, OH, has a world-class information technology infrastructure that connects throughout the MITRE enterprise as well as into Sponsoring organizations.  This work will be conducted collaboratively with multiple MITRE and government organizations. Responsible for site's entire unclassified and classified networking and communications infrastructure - Lead the installation, configuration and maintenance of a standalone Classified Processing network    -- Network includes CPU, VTC, and VOIP components - Administer Linux and Windows networks - Compile technical documentation and provide technical research support - Install and maintain Fiber Plant - Work cross organizationally to design and implement larger systems, and to jointly resolve complex technical problems Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines, Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Information Systems/Information, Security and Assurance, or similar. The candidate will apply professional skills and knowledge comparable to what is gained by a Bachelor's Degree in the fields listed above. Required Qualifications: Technical BS or equivalent and 3 years' experience or Technical MS and 2 years' experience - Experience installing and maintaining Linux and Windows networks - Experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) approval of systems - Ability to program with software languages, to include C/C++, Python, or Java, to design and implement solutions where software and hardware meet Preferred Qualifications: - Professional credentials such as: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA); CompTIA A+ Technician; Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); or, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Extensive knowledge of Information Technology and network architectures - Experience working with the Intelligence Community (IC) - Familiarity with Information Technology (IT) Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process   -- MITRE's Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policy is an example use case - Experience configuring networks for both Linux and Windows operating systems in secure environments - Experience with Virtual Machines (VM) - Experience working accreditation packages with Air Force for TS//SCI, e.g., using an XACTA account, or DSS for collateral - Ability to determine risk levels, develop test strategies and architectures, and to develop risk mitigation concepts 00050508

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
